Amazing People's The Gold Career Programme is designed to offer clients an intensive, cost effective service. It is specifically offered to adults who do not have access to state careers facilities who need in-depth supportive guidance.

It is based on an experiential approach to career development activity where bespoke programmes were developed followed by a practical and results focused programme. The programme has a series of sessions for the client to attend which allow them to reflect and develop.
The programme was developed by Denise Taylor who has worked in the sector for over twenty years. It is reviewed regularly to assess its effectiveness and is improved by considering feedback from clients. |

The 'Progression to HE Toolkit; Getting through the maze' is a joint collaboration between nextstep Berkshire and Aimhigher Berkshire. |

| It is designed to support advisors and practitioners who are helping clients, up to the age of 30, intending to return to study at higher education level.
The toolkit has been produced to offer a guide through the maze of information available about entering HE and help clients to make an informed decision about which route to take to HE when considering their own individual needs. |

The project entitled 'All About Me and Where I Want to Be!' is part of the Career Management Services offered by CXL (formerly Connexions Lancashire Ltd). The service provides specialist careers IAG and outreach services to adults aged 20 and over.

All About Me and Where I Want to Be! Was designed as a programme aimed at adults and parents to help build their confidence, discover who they are, what they offer to employers and identify how they can work towards their chosen job or learning opportunity.
