Vice President
This post calls for a 3-year commitment, year one as Vice President, year two as President and year 3 as Immediate Past President. As Vice President the key tasks are to articulate the policies of the Institute to an internal and external audience and to assist in planning the future direction of the Institute. The incumbent is also a Director of the Company and a member of Council for the 3-year period.
Nominations for the post of Vice President must be signed by a Proposer and Seconder who are Full Voting members, and supported by a further TEN full Voting members.
Where more than one nomination is received for the post of Vice President a postal ballot will be held which must be completed six weeks before the Annual General Meeting scheduled for November 13 November 2008.
