| The project 'Inspired Network Community Action (INCA)' was first founded in 2005. It began as a result of work done with young people who could be considered to be social excluded. |

| It is a multi-agency network to support young people aged 13-19, living or studying in the Tower Hamlets area of London. The purpose of the programme was to improve agency relations in the Borough and identify alternative curriculum activities. |

'Coaching For Life' is a joint project between Northamptonshire Connexions and the county's professional sports clubs; Northampton Saints Rugby Club, Northampton Town Football Club and Northamptonshire County Cricket Club.

The main aim of the project is to use the power of sport to engage with 'hard to reach' young people, mainly, from the 15-19 age range, and those with special needs. As part of the project young people have to attend one day a week for ten weeks, at one of the sports clubs and take part in sessions such as healthy eating, first aid and sports coaching.
