Funding for the Qualification in Career Guidance (QCG) in 2008-9

Funds are available to support students employed or sponsored by organisations receiving Connexions funding to undertake the Qualification in Careers Guidance (QCG). The objectives of the funds are to stimulate diversity and widen participation - there is a need for securing a diverse workforce which accurately reflects the needs of the client group. The Institute of Career Guidance (ICG) will be managing the funding arrangements on behalf of the Department for Children, Schools and Families and organisations receiving Connexions funding are now invited to bid for places - direct to ICG.
