Dear Colleague,

One of my first objectives as President is to begin a discussion about the value of ICG membership. We aim to grow and develop the Institute to be an organisation that constantly strives to represent members and support their continuous professional development. With practitioners working in a variety of settings, in all four home countries it is critical that we continue to offer services and products that are of real value and relevance to all members.

I would like to ask all members to share with us their views on the value of ICG membership, and the support that it gives you as an individual and a practitioner. I would be particularly interested in your views on the intangible benefits of membership such as being part of a community of practice.

The online survey has now closed but you can still share your views with us by posting to our members forum, and contributing to a public discussion

In 2008 we want to grow the Institute further and will be asking members to help us do this. This is your opportunity to tell us what we're doing right, what we're doing wrong and what we need to do in the future.
