The Institute of Career Guidance offers access to legal services through a partnership with Law Express. Law Express is one of the UK's leading providers of telephone legal advice, on-line legal information and legal support services.

The Law Express specialist in-house team of solicitors, who have at least five years' post qualification experience, give practical legal advice on business issues such as employment law, contract & company law, marketing law, health & safety and tax advice.

Services to ICG members

ICG members can access legal information online free of charge by clicking here. You must be signed in to access this page, you will then be able to visit LX Personal and LX Business.

If you wish to speak to a legal adviser, ICG has negotiated a dicounted rate of £25 for a telephone call with one of Legal Express' specialist solicitors.

How the service works

Just call Law Express between 08.00am and 8.00 pm Monday to Friday on 08700 434 284 and their UK based client services team will listen carefully to your concerns and connect you to one of their experienced advisors who specialise in your legal area. Within one hour of your call you will be able to explain, in confidence, to a sympathetic ear, what your issues are and their advisor will give you the practical advice you need.

Payment is just £25 per call by credit or debit card prior to advice being given. If for any reason they cannot advise you, a full refund will be made to your card, immediately.
