Eligibility and criteria for entry
All practising members of the Institute can apply for entry to the Register (see application form above right), which is renewable on an annual basis. Successful entry is dependent on achieving a defined level of qualification and demonstrating an ongoing commitment to CPD and subscribing to the ICG Code of Ethics.
A list of approved qualifications in advice and guidance is provided in the document 'Standards and criteria for entry to the Register' above right. Members offering qualifications not appearing on the list will have their applications considered by the Institute's Professional Development Committee to determine appropriateness.
Details of the expected standards and criteria for defining ' currently practising' and 'commitment to CPD' are also included in that document.
