Current Question Using Assessments How and Why
I use Psychometric Assessments in my guidance practice. There is so much available and it is difficult initially even with appropriate training to see what is going to be right and work for clients on an individual basis. It would be helpful to have guidelines on this inline with BPS reguirements but also to consider issues of when it is appropriate and when it is not and the benefits of use. Also what can it add to the structured guidance process.
