Innovative new coaching toolkit |
| I am looking to network with key people who share my passion for assisting young people determine the answer to that challenging question 'What do you want to do when you grow up?' I have created a super duper 10 lesson toolkit for teachers and facilitators to deliver which empowers young people to believe in themselves and their unique skills and strengths they have to offer to employers. It also helps them discover career opportunities based on their passions and talents and helps them to determine an action plan for further training, education and work experience. The overall aim is to help them move closer to their desired career ambitions. It promotes life long learning, increases confidence and self-esteem and motivates individuals to succeed. Oh and it meets PSHE KS4 curriculum requirements. As you can tell I am so passionate about the benefits of this program and I want as many people to learn about the toolkit as possible so if you know of anyone who works with young people in this context then please get in touch I would love to hear from you. |
