By Road

From M5 Junction 4, follow the signs for Stourbridge and Town Centre (A491).

As you approach the Town Centre, there is an Esso petrol station/Tesco Express on the right. Go straight on at the traffic lights. You will pass Stourbridge College on your left.

If we have booked a car parking space for you:

Take the next left into Union Street and follow the road down to the end. Copthall House is at the end on your right. Drive right up to the barrier and go to the end of the car park. The ICG car parking spaces are in front of you (4&5) and under the building to your left.

If you have not booked a parking space:

Join the Ring Road and follow directions to Pay and Display car parks. These are all on your right. Copthall House is on the Ring Road just after the junction with the A491.

Please note that there is no vehicle access to Copthall House from the Ring Road

By Rail

Recommended route Birmingham Snow Hill or Moor Street - Stourbridge Junction - Stourbridge Town.

To reach Stourbridge you can arrive via Birmingham with trains travelling to Stourbridge at short intervals from both Birmingham Snow Hill and Birmingham Moor Street. Trains depart from both stations approximately every 10 minutes to Stourbridge Junction station.

Once you arrive at Stourbridge Junction, there is a link train which will bring you directly into Stourbridge Town. When arriving in Stourbridge Town, there is an alleyway to the left of the station which you will walk down, when reaching the bottom, you will see a three-storey building adjacent, entitled Copthall House, and we are located there. If you can not find us please call and we will come and meet you.

Please note, when travelling to Birmingham you will likely arrive at Birmingham New Street station. You will then need to make the short walk to to either Birmingham Snow Hill or Birmingham Moor Street, both of which are only 5 minutes away and signposted upon leaving New Street.

By Air

You will need fly to Birmingham International Airport. Our offices are approximately a 45 minute taxi-ride from the airport, and you should head for Stourbridge Town Centre.
