As you may know the House of Commons Defence Select Committee are carrying out an inquiry into Recruitment and Retention in the Armed Forces. Following the session MPs asked for more information from Institute members about a number of specific matters; they also hope to be able to analyse our comments to distinguish any variations between countries or regions.
