Lecturer in Career Education
Melanie Hall is a senior lecturer in Careers Education at University of Glamorgan. She set up and teaches on the sixth form outreach careers education programme "Into The Future", delivered in fifty+ sixth form schools and colleges throughout Wales. In addition, she is a qualified careers adviser, and has eight years one to one guidance work with clients in a main stream careers service, in a FE College and two University Careers Services. She has been a member of the Institute of Career Guidance since 1990 and became a Fellow in 2004.
Her interests are in: the use of games within careers education, careers education as a holistic process and professional ethics.
