The Green Paper 'Youth Matters' proposed the development of quality standards for young people's IAG. Draft standards have been produced by consultants working with a Steering Group which included Dr Rachel Mulvey from the ICG. DfES have now published the draft standards for consultation; they can be found at www.dfes.gov.uk/consultations. The consultation will continue until 16th March 2007 .
The ICG will be submitting formal comments after discussion at the February Council meeting. In the meantime if you have any views which you would like to be considered at the Council please forward them to Rebecca at the ICG office (). |
