A new helpline offering advice on working in the media industries has been launched in Wales by Skillset, the Sector Skills Council for the Audio Visual Industries. The Skillset Cymru based helpline - 0800 0121 815 - will give callers access to working media professionals experienced in the ups and downs of the TV and film industries who have been trained as careers advisors and will provide honest, confidential advice tailored to an individual's needs.
This is the first time the Skillset careers service has been available in Wales and also offers email advice and face-to-face guidance sessions which can be booked via the helpline or by visiting www.skillset.org/careers
