This national Review will shortly be moving from its Research and Analysis phase to the next stage - Strategic Direction. The Institute was recently represented at a consultation event by Michael Howard (Honorary Treasurer) and Andrea Allgood (Council Member).
There are two things which we would ask members to do:
- Firstly make sure that you visit the IAG Review website at www.iagreview.org.uk read the contributed papers and comment on them.
- Secondly, if you have any examples of good case studies from your own professional practice please send them to the Review team.
They are interested in a number of themes:
- Examples which demonstrate the beneficial impact that access to IAG has on individuals and communities.
- Instances where people are not able to access the services they need because of policy limitations, lack of resources, location etc
- Illustrations of the variety of settings within which IAG is accessed
