Many of you will have seen the latest learndirect national TV advertising campaign. The telephone guidance trial started taking its first calls from the public on 3 January - already 6000 individuals have accessed the service. ICG are eager to hear what members opinions are on this service ahead of an article in the next issue of CGT.

The eighteen month trial is a key part of the IAG Review and an exciting development for IAG services. Among other things, the telephone guidance trial will assess the feasibility of offering guidance over the phone. The telephone guidance trial will be monitored by an independent assessor.
