Deadline for submitting a Notice of Motion for the AGM - to be received at the Institute headquarters by THURSDAY 7 AUGUST 2008 (must be signed by a Proposer and Seconder). Motions can only be submitted, proposed and seconded by Full Voting Members who cannot propose or second more than TWO Motions. (Reference: Standing Order 1and 14)

The President and Honorary Secretary have the right to withhold any Notice of Motion which in their opinion is irrelevant to the objects of the Institute. (Reference: Standing Order 8)
