Workshop participation can help you identify new initiatives in career guidance, assess the future of the profession, develop your knowledge and skills and hear the results of relevant research and projects. Delegates have the option of attending one of the listed workshops or the symposium.
Symposium - Real Benefits of Career Guidance - Measuring Impact
The symposium will demonstrate examples of work done to identify and measure the impact of career guidance on individuals and communities. Contributors will come from organisations from around the UK.

16.15 Open Debate
A facilitated discussion, open to all, in which everyone will have the opportunity to comment on some of the major policy and practice issues facing the career guidance sector in the UK and internationally.
17.15 Annual General Meeting
Open to all delegates and exhibitors the AGM is an important part of the governance of the ICG. It is the event at which the Board and Council are held to account by members; it will include any proposals for ICG policy and action which emerge from the previous Open Debate session. To finish at approximately 17.45.
