ICG Communities Membership of a Community of Interest is a great way of communicating with members from a particular area of the guidance sector, or with particular interests or specialisms, to share ideas, resources, examples of good practice etc.  Communities are mainly virtual, but can also involve face to face meetings. So far we have the following communities that ICG members can join and get involved in.
	A community for practitioners concerned with guidance issues related particularly to entry to higher education - and the graduate employment implications of those choices.
	This community is for you if you work as a private practitioner. There are lots of benefits to working independently but we can feel a bit isolated - this community will help!
	A community for advisers committed to raising awareness of the power and potential of STEM courses and careers.
	A new ICG community for people who work developing and delivering careers education and careers guidance in schools, colleges, training providers and beyond.
	A new ICG Community of Interest for members keen to develop ethnographic type practice in careers guidance research.
	An ICG Community of Interest designed for students to share experiences and seek guidance.
